All our Lourdes water bottles are filled by hand, directly at the time of orders. We go to fetch the water every day or every two days directly from the source of the Sanctuary of Lourdes, in order to guarantee its freshness and authenticity.

Regarding the label, we are sorry if it seemed aged to you. It can happen that transport or storage slightly alters its appearance, but this has no relation to the quality or freshness of the water contained in the bottle.

I got a damaged box which was wet. Four Virgin Mary bottles were less than half filled with water. One was completely empty. I ordered 20 small bottles of water. I only got 19. I didn’t get a certificate of authenticity of the water. I emailed the service department of Palais du Rosaire on Saturday, 7/12. I still haven’t received a response. I sent pictures of the damaged box and the half-empty bottles. I hope they replace the missing water and small bottle. I’m an unhappy customer.

I made the pilgrimage to Lourdes during the February holidays. I was missing a virgin in my purchases. When I ordered from the Palais du Rosaire website, I thought the Virgin would be as big as what I had seen in person when I received my order and paid almost €13, it's a scam, a tiny virgin with water inside and I don't even know if it's water from the Lourdes grotto. Honestly, I advise anyone not to buy anything from this Palais du Rosaire site because they are really scammers. 😡😡😡😡
