The items I received are great, but I am missing several items including the 100mL bottles of water. I messaged customer service as soon as I opened the packaged and realized items were missing, but I have not heard back. I received the certificate of authenticity, but not the product it authenticates.

The items are great but the delivery went very badly, my parcel was open and the deliveryman put it on the window of my neighbor who is a thief... moreover there were footprints on the parcel and it was soaked... unacceptable on the part of GLS, they should change the delivery service.

After placing my order, I sent an e-mail asking them to mention the name of the sender. With no reply, I phoned: they were impossible to reach from 9am to 5pm, when I finally managed to get through to someone. Obviously, the package was gone, with no message. And just a rather unkind "sorry". Frankly, it doesn't make you want to recommend them.
I waited more than 10 days for my order, because the lead times are longer when there are engravings to be made on a medal and items are missing. On the other hand, when you receive several orders in succession, the gift is always the same: a simple image.

I'm a little disappointed because my St Christophe key ring was missing.
I placed an order for an item in several quantities and these arrived with a mix of colors, which was not specified on the site. I needed a single color to follow a theme (and had no choice). So, following this order, I contacted customer service but no one has replied to my e-mail to date... Disappointed...
Order received 3 weeks later, without the small wooden rosary of Olivier de Padre Pio and that of Mary who unties the knots in blue crystal pearls which was to accompany my dad in the other life (big in the heart).
Everything is fine, except for the Holy Family novena, which must have sunk, perhaps because of the heat, as the wax is all soft and seems defective!

Hello, The items are very beautiful. The only problem is that most of the crosses I ordered arrived a little damaged on the edges or badly stuck (the picture). Which is a shame, as I was buying them as gifts. However, lots of choice and very nice religious items 👍🏼
