HelloI'm reporting unprecedented behavior by the carrier dpd and the impossibility of reaching the palais du rosaire my order announced for delivery by dpd the day after tomorrow (magic!) between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.; I wait until 1 p.m. no news: no sms, no phone call; I call dpd and try to get a rescheduling with a tighter time slot: not possible, I'm told, but they'll call me first; finally the delivery, postponed for the weekend, is announced to me between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.! and to send an e-mail to the store? impossible! I tried a message on the site without much hope of a reply I give up the parcel will be sent back
