Hello. I'm not criticizing the product or the delivery, which was quite fast compared to usual. On the other hand, you offered to go and burn a candle at the grotto in Lourdes for my seriously ill wife. I didn't. I recommended Lourdes water and asked you to go for me and my son at the same time, and you were supposed to send me video proof. I have received nothing. I will continue to order water because I need it, but I must admit that I am very disappointed, at least for my wife. I was planning to come to Lourdes but her state of health does not allow it.
