Ordered for a friend's Christmas presents, the products arrived well packaged and relatively quickly, but with a few errors (a card ordered in French arrived in English, incomplete text on a card...), reported on 31/12 but with no response.

The customer service team is responsive, available and particularly attentive, an item much appreciated by the beneficiaries.

Order could not come to lourdes.unfortunately it misses articles I called the same day that I received and check my order. The gentleman was lovely on the phone and immediately sent me back my missing items and very good reception.

I'm disappointed! My parents bought me a gold-plated medal from you 30 years ago, and I kept it until 2022, when the ring where the chain goes through finally broke. I bought one back from you in full confidence and the plating has already moved. It's sad that a store of your reputation has become so unreliable. It's a shame. What's more, I bought one for my daughter a little later, so she'll be happy.
