The parcel was delivered quickly and was well packaged, except that one item was missing. I was telephoned to say that I would be reimbursed and after receiving an email saying that it would be a credit note (a contradiction, isn't it?).

I live in the United States. I placed my preset on 4 September 2021; received my package on 20 September 2021. This shop in Lourdes creates the most beautiful religious items I have ever seen! I will definitely place many more orders though this shop. Each item in my order was wrapped with care and dedication. With it being Summer in the States right now I was worried about some of the candles melting, it they were perfect when they arrived. Well done!
