It's a pity that a medal on the rosary is a defect with a whitish trace.

My address was incomplete and my parcel was delivered 4 days late.

I'm not satisfied with the product: on the one hand, because the rosary has more than 10 "balls" and the cross and the "medal" of the Virgin have come off and I've lost them. The quality of the product is unsatisfactory.

5,candles not what I ordered.

Thank you for the small gift, but 1 candle received without the candle stick, and a medal opened on the 2 and in a few days the silver color fades.

During the delivery of my order, 10 candles were missing.the service was called,it was solved immediately,the gentleman was very kind and efficient.the next day I received the missing complement.out of the 15 candles 8 were broken.the package was well packed,I think it was the order picker's fault.disappointed ....

I bought a novena and the plastic to burn because the wick was not in the center of the pot. I sent a photo and instead of offering a refund or sending another novena, I was offered a voucher for the next order. Do I want to place another order now, knowing that my house could have caught fire?

Excellent service from Le Palais du Rosaire in terms of order handling, shipping time and quality of packaging. Too bad the DPD carrier spoiled everything. I'll only recommend them if there's a possibility of delivery by another carrier. (No matter where I live, DPD has never made a single correct delivery).

The little angel with his blue crown arrived broken...it was to put in the cemetery.... Very disappointed

Finishing problemI've ordered a rosary in the past, which I'm completely satisfied with and which I use every day, but the two bracelets were a bit disappointing, as the buckle used to attach the cross didn't close properly, so I lost my little cross after the second day... The bracelet is still very nice, but I'm disappointed to have lost my little cross.

After-sales service responds diligently and positively to the situation, but sends me a payment link for the exchange, with a limited validity of precisely a few hours. A company that does its job well and when it's needed. However, I had major problems receiving my order because the delivery company DPD was totally incompetent! If I have to go through them for my next order, I will unfortunately cancel my order. That said, thanks to Palais du Rosaire for its professionalism!

I ordered candles to make novenas at home and they were all pink, it's not really embarrassing but I only receive white ones with the picture of the virgin.

I'm totally satisfied with the product and totally disappointed with the deliveryman who was absolutely incompetent - what kind of practice is this of putting parcels in elevators!!! I refused ... he didn't want to go up! he left ... on the 2nd day he made the same demand! so I went down to collect my parcel and told him it had to be signed for! he didn't seem to have any problem with that. So to sum up, I won't be ordering from you again as long as dpd is the only option!
