I placed another order to give the very beautiful statues. Preparation and shipping of orders are very quick. My package left on May 2nd but the delivery was a bit long. On May 5th and 6th, I received an email from the delivery company saying delivery was impossible and asking me to reschedule the delivery. On May 6th, I contacted the customer service of the delivery company to ask when my package would be delivered. The customer service lady rescheduled the delivery with me for May 7th. But on May 7th, no package, no email, no SMS. Finally, my package was delivered to me on May 9th. Despite the wait for delivery, I give 5 stars to the Palais du Rosaire because this site is very serious. I recommend this shop 100%
