Allora la tempestiva per l'invio degli ordini è buona, ma la qualità del prodotto ordinato scadente. Il primo ritiro non buono perché l'oggetto non conforme e danneggiato e il secondo buono.
Ordered for a friend's Christmas presents, the products arrived well packaged and relatively quickly, but with a few errors (a card ordered in French arrived in English, incomplete text on a card...), reported on 31/12 but with no response.
I'm disappointed! My parents bought me a gold-plated medal from you 30 years ago, and I kept it until 2022, when the ring where the chain goes through finally broke. I bought one back from you in full confidence and the plating has already moved. It's sad that a store of your reputation has become so unreliable. It's a shame. What's more, I bought one for my daughter a little later, so she'll be happy.
Some of the products in my order were damaged. A shame on a 50 euro order...Please remember to check the products before sending them to your customers. Thank you for your help.
Good evening,I'm taking advantage of this inquiry to send you this second letter, the 1st having remained unanswered (?!) because one of the 3 items (Statue of the luminous Virgin Mary in resin 31cm - ref:44443) doesn't work! Of the 3 virgins ordered, one was not wrapped in plastic, it looks dirty (grey all over the white part), the interior lights don't work, they don't light up, the underside of the statue is dirty, there are only 3 small foam support pads out of the 4, the gold paint on the back is "faded", not to mention the statue's white cardboard packaging which is torn (?!).I therefore take the liberty of holding this article at your disposal for an exchange if you please. In the expectation of a reply from you, I remain at your entire disposal, thanking you in advance for your understanding.
I received a good response to the delay in delivery of my order; a rosary was missing; a flashing Christmas bauble was not what I ordered and it doesn't work; a little disappointed but the reasonable prices and quick response make up for some of my disappointment.
The bracelet I sent back was indicated to me as being 19 cms and when I received it it was barely 17 cms......I hope to be reimbursed fairly quickly
I ordered some. Wood-colored rosaries, they arrived black. Second order, one rosary arrived damaged. That's a shame. When the site surprises because the sizes of objects should be indicated

I'm very satisfied with the products and the speed of delivery.I'm giving this rating because what upsets me is that I received a 10% discount for my birthday on July 5th and I couldn't use it for my order.If I used it I had to give up the free delivery on orders over 49 euros. As my order was over 49 euros, I had to choose between the 2 advantages. I find these conditions unfair.

Hello. I'm not criticizing the product or the delivery, which was quite fast compared to usual. On the other hand, you offered to go and burn a candle at the grotto in Lourdes for my seriously ill wife. I didn't. I recommended Lourdes water and asked you to go for me and my son at the same time, and you were supposed to send me video proof. I have received nothing. I will continue to order water because I need it, but I must admit that I am very disappointed, at least for my wife. I was planning to come to Lourdes but her state of health does not allow it. The product noted on the site was indicated available whereas it was not the case and the sending was made without informing me in a point relay with 25 kms of my place, whereas my address was noted well.Otherwise, product arrived well, of quality and sympathetic telephone reception.

But the candle was not available and they replaced it with 2 others without telling me. I would have preferred to wait for the restocking. Too bad this time. Having said that, they were also very generous with two mini rosaries, but that only made us feel better about the original intention of this superb set. The candles are written in Spanish, although I wanted them in French.

Hello, the advent calendar is very pretty but very disappointing because the little characters don't fit into the notches provided for that. It's impossible to make them fit and they systematically fall. It's a real shame because it's very pretty. I'm very disappointed.
The wind calendar received in Belgium is not in conformity.it lacks a notch which would make it possible to stabilize the assembly.it is impossible to make with scissors or a cutter.I am disappointed for my granddaughter who cannot handle it under penalty of making it fall.I do not know yet what is the case for the one sent to Marseilles, I will let you knowGood day.
The two small rosaries have broken (open link, one in two places); I've been waiting a week for the return agreement.
Articles conform to the description on the other hand I had taken the delivery express has 9 to have the articles quickly is saying in 24h I had ordered 6 days in advance for a burial and I had the articles only 2 days after the burial and still I had to apeller the customer service so that they send the order!!!! Not serious about delivery times. In addition I asked for a refund of my shipping costs of 9 I was told yes but I still have nothing
Disappointed, very basic product description, lack of dimensions or additional photos. Very disappointed with the ball engraved 3d 4.5 cm I thought it was the engraving inside! I would have wanted 7.5 cm that I bought in 2014 in Lourdes for my friend who finds it very pretty.
