Excellent service from Le Palais du Rosaire in terms of order handling, shipping time and quality of packaging. Too bad the DPD carrier spoiled everything. I'm totally satisfied with the product and totally disappointed with the deliveryman who was absolutely incompetent - what kind of practice is this of putting parcels in elevators!!! I refused ... he didn't want to go up! he left ... on the 2nd day he made the same demand! so I went down to collect my parcel and told him it had to be signed for! he didn't seem to have any problem with that.
