I am satisfied with my purchases, very well packaged too, but not with the delivery, I was not informed of the delivery time, I had to call, it was supposed to be delivered to me between noon and 3 PM, I waited for nothing, it had been dropped off at a parcel pickup point and the delivery person had come to my house in the morning. I had clearly warned that I was absent in the morning. So, very complicated

The items I received are great, but I am missing several items including the 100mL bottles of water. I messaged customer service as soon as I opened the packaged and realized items were missing, but I have not heard back.
