On the other hand, you offered to go and burn a candle at the grotto in Lourdes for my seriously ill wife. I didn't. I recommended Lourdes water and asked you to go for me and my son at the same time, and you were supposed to send me video proof. I have received nothing. I will continue to order water because I need it, but I must admit that I am very disappointed, at least for my wife. I was planning to come to Lourdes but her state of health does not allow it. One item was not available. Payment should have been arranged when the order was made up. A "Credit Slip has been created" but I currently have no idea whether this means it will be refunded or is a credit note for my next purchase (probably next year). Also I ordered 2 small silver cross pendants but only one arrived. At 0.83 euros it is not worth the hassle of asking for a refund/credit note.
