After-sales service responds diligently and positively to the situation, but sends me a payment link for the exchange, with a limited validity of precisely a few hours. My personal and professional commitments don't allow me to read messages so systematically and instantaneously... Can't they send me a "payment" link that lasts a little longer? A company that does its job well and when it's needed. However, I had major problems receiving my order because the delivery company DPD was totally incompetent! I'm totally satisfied with the product and totally disappointed with the deliveryman who was absolutely incompetent - what kind of practice is this of putting parcels in elevators!!! I refused ... he didn't want to go up! he left ... on the 2nd day he made the same demand! so I went down to collect my parcel and told him it had to be signed for! he didn't seem to have any problem with that. So to sum up, I won't be ordering from you again as long as dpd is the only option!

Good evening,I'm taking advantage of this inquiry to send you this second letter, the 1st having remained unanswered (?!) because one of the 3 items (Statue of the luminous Virgin Mary in resin 31cm - ref:44443) doesn't work! Of the 3 virgins ordered, one was not wrapped in plastic, it looks dirty (grey all over the white part), the interior lights don't work, they don't light up, the underside of the statue is dirty, there are only 3 small foam support pads out of the 4, the gold paint on the back is "faded", not to mention the statue's white cardboard packaging which is torn (?!).I therefore take the liberty of holding this article at your disposal for an exchange if you please. I'm very satisfied with the products and the speed of delivery.I'm giving this rating because what upsets me is that I received a 10% discount for my birthday on July 5th and I couldn't use it for my order.If I used it I had to give up the free delivery on orders over 49 euros. As my order was over 49 euros, I had to choose between the 2 advantages. I find these conditions unfair.
