The items are great but the delivery went very badly, my parcel was open and the deliveryman put it on the window of my neighbor who is a thief... moreover there were footprints on the parcel and it was soaked... unacceptable on the part of GLS, they should change the delivery service.

With no reply, I phoned: they were impossible to reach from 9am to 5pm, when I finally managed to get through to someone. Obviously, the package was gone, with no message.
