Despite the number of orders I have made, they almost never send any gift or relevant detail. Also, they have removed the printed delivery note which is very necessary for older people like me. Thank you.

We regret your comments and thank you for letting us know. Regarding the details and gifts, we value each order and work to include samples according to availability and current promotions; we take note of your suggestion for it to be more frequent. Regarding the printed delivery note, we removed it to reduce paper usage, but we can send you a PDF copy or print it if you prefer; just let us know your choice when placing your next order. So far, the two orders I have made have been convenient, and they have matched what you indicated on the website. I take this opportunity to ask if there is a possibility that you could provide me with any product that you do not have on the website. I am looking for TARMED shampoo and I cannot find it, in case you could somehow provide it to me. Thank you very much.
