Good evening, We are delighted with our order. The chairs and bar stools arrived in Switzerland in good condition despite the cardboard packaging which was far too thin for international shipping by mail. We also have a problem with customs which we are in the process of resolving, we had to pay customs clearance on the total of our invoice for two of the packages, whereas you have specified packaging "1 package per item". As there were often 2 items per package, this did not make it easy for the customs department to understand. Claude.

I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product, and I'm sure I'll recommend it to others. Then one morning, I learned that the package had just been delivered.
