I am very satisfied with my purchase! The products are of excellent quality, and I particularly appreciated their attention to delivery. Given the bulk and fragility of my order, they offered me delivery on a half-pallet. Living in an apartment, I had to decline this option and opt for a more classic delivery. They made sure to carefully pack each product to ensure their integrity during transport. Despite this, I accidentally broke an accessory while unpacking. Their customer service, and particularly Jeanne, was super friendly and understanding. She sent it back to me for free, as a commercial gesture. They understood everything about business: a good product, excellent service, and a human touch that makes all the difference. Bravo to the whole team, keep it up!
