No acknowledgment of my complaint regarding the breakage of the glass containers stacked with too small cardboard, the edges were broken in each box (2) out of 4 bins, there are two unbroken ones.
I have already broken 2 glass Tupperware, they are very very fragile, I regret my purchase, way too expensive for nothing.
The compost bucket arrived broken and I couldn't reach customer service, my messages went unanswered, very dissatisfied
I did not receive the ordered products, but products costing €5.17 less than my order OPNMXSEPO. I give 1 star because the products seem to be of quality. I have not yet received a response to my email complaint. I ordered a glass and bamboo cheese box for €27.50 and a rectangular glass and bamboo storage box for €12.17 and I received a 1.8 l glass box for €20.50 and a 0.5 l glass box for €14.
The products are good, but if I want other sizes I have to buy a complete set with pump etc. which I don't need, so for other sizes I buy elsewhere
Unhappy because the jar is defective and despite a complaint, I am waiting to know what I should do ????

I received my order with a large part broken and I did not receive a replacement for this merchandise despite sending photos as requested by Pebbly
Two identical orders placed and two different lots arrived. No problem until I discover that not only unreachable by phone, customer service does not answer questions about returns, then impossibility to send them an email. All this has lasted for 1 month. Last order
Can you give me the last name of the person who placed the first order? Because I cannot identify the box of your first purchase without that in order to compare it to the one you received in your last order.
Otherwise, if you want a refund, you can return the ordered items in their packaging. We will proceed with the refund once the good receipt of your package is made.
Sorry for the delay in our response, we were closed for the Ascension bridge. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. Finally, customer service is currently only done by email, I am sorry.

I received my item completely broken, I sent an email, no news to this day a shame!!!
Product arrived chipped. Photo sent to customer service = no response = not satisfied!
I ordered 2 activated charcoal filters and only received one for the price of 2!

Poor quality wood for the bread board. (Broke in 1 month). High shipping costs
After 6 months the vacuum pump no longer works. No response to my complaint emails. No way to contact the company pebbly by phone.
