The first package contained a rather damaged item. Reported upon receipt on March 21. It is now April 5 and I am still waiting for information on the shipment of the replacement product... Aside from this minor detail, the product seems to be of good quality.
My product arrived damaged, I did not return it for ecological reasons and because the problem does not prevent the use of the product.
I have no opinion on Pebby in general. Timely delivery of the ordered item.
The products are of good quality but one of them was damaged and no one in customer service is responding to my request for a solution.
The package arrived in a box that was way too big with the product not packaged inside, plus the bucket seems defective since the lid is deformed and cannot be placed in a watertight manner, it is crooked and leaves gaps. I sent a message to customer service and I have not received a response.
I ordered 5 glass storage boxes. One arrived broken. I have not been refunded and no exchange has been offered to me. I was thinking of placing other orders but I am put off. Therefore, I do not recommend buying glass products.
The plate arrived damaged
I am disappointed because I made a mistake in my order regarding the size of the filters for my compost and despite my contact to ask how to make the exchange, no one replied to me.
Two weeks wait for the order to be shipped. No explanation from the company for this delay nor even an apology.
Pretty product even if the handle's fixings seem somewhat flimsy. I don't think I would have bought it if I had known it was MADE IN CHINA

I already have a 7L Pebbly compost bucket that I am very satisfied with, despite a fairly high price. At the beginning of May, I ordered two new buckets: one 7L for my workplace (the main reason for my purchase) and one 3.5L for personal use, in order to optimize shipping costs (€10 for Belgium). A few days later, I receive my order... but only the small bucket is delivered. No explanation, no message. On the site, the status is simply "Delivered". I immediately contact customer service, with no response. A few days later, I follow up, still nothing. It is only after having on "Société des Avis Garantis" that I had not received the package that I finally get a response: the large bucket was out of stock, so they unilaterally decided to only send the small one. I am told a refund will be issued, without any further communication. If I had been informed at the time of the stock shortage, I could have chosen to cancel the order, wait for restocking, or only order the small bucket. Here, I was imposed a solution that does not suit me. Result: I end up with a small bucket (not a priority in my purchase) that costs me €47 (€37 + €10 shipping), which is completely disproportionate. And if I want to buy the 7L bucket again, I have to pay the €10 shipping again. This total lack of communication and consideration for the customer is very disappointing for a brand I appreciated until now.
We love the design but we tried to re-screw the screws holding the handles without success... not sure how long this product will last
