The product is excellent and the assembly instructions are detailed. We managed to assemble the pergola in a couple of days with two people. The only downside, probably due to the courier, was that one package was damaged and one of the roof slats was deformed.

Very disappointed with your site, the delivery was postponed week after week (4 weeks late!) then the transformer that does not work. Impossible to reach someone by phone, only by email and even then! Finally, they sent me another one, but it was for a 3mx3 pergola while mine is 3x6! I had to send a photo of the manual to prove that I needed a double transformer! And obviously all this took a very long time! So no, I will not recommend you and I will not advise your site! Especially, just pass your way!
Overall, the pergola is aesthetically very successful and the final result is really qualitative. However, the overall experience was largely degraded by numerous problems encountered right from the assembly. I had to face several difficulties: missing parts upon delivery, defective/broken blind upon installation, as well as particularly long processing and resolution times from customer service. Today, after numerous exchanges and several mishaps, the pergola is finally installed and functional. Unfortunately, barely a year after the purchase, a new problem arises: the LED strips are already starting to show defects. Some areas no longer display colors correctly, which is particularly disappointing given the price and positioning of the product. I have opened a customer service claim and am currently waiting for a response. In summary: a beautiful product on paper and visually successful, but reliability and after-sales experience, at this stage, are not at the expected level. Overall disappointed with the experience.

Big problem with the quality of the blinds. 3 out of 3 bad results for reimbursement and I find myself with holes in the pergola.

We ordered a bioclimatic Ombréa pergola in July 2025. It was delivered to us heavily damaged due to the carrier. The customer service of Comintes (the supplier of the pergola) delayed the replacement of the damaged parts (3 months). When we were able to operate the bioclimatic roof and the lighting, we found that nothing worked: the control boxes had taken in water and were short-circuited. We contacted customer service at the beginning of 2026. This time, they were very responsive. We received the necessary parts and our pergola is now functioning properly.

Very good product but the package preparation service is terrible and the customer service is catastrophic. I would not recommend, and this has already been done, your company to my acquaintances.
Very satisfied with the merchandise, however very dissatisfied with the delivery times and delivery conditions. We ordered the pergola in May 2025 for a site delivery in June. In the end, we received the delivery in October, with completely damaged packages, so return. Final and total delivery in November 2025.
