We ordered a bioclimatic Ombréa pergola in July 2025. It was delivered to us heavily damaged due to the carrier. The customer service of Comintes (the supplier of the pergola) delayed the replacement of the damaged parts (3 months). When we were able to operate the bioclimatic roof and the lighting, we found that nothing worked: the control boxes had taken in water and were short-circuited. We contacted customer service at the beginning of 2026. This time, they were very responsive. We received the necessary parts and our pergola is now functioning properly.
