Order received quickly, serious delivery service. Material well packed, handling without damaging the parcels. The only downside is that you order, pay and only then does the carrier contact you to ask about access to your home, because he delivers with a large truck, which is impossible in the village where we live. As a result, we had to have the pergola delivered to a friend's house in a neighboring village, and then manage to get it home. It would be better to call first.

Everything went perfectly from ordering to receiving the parcel from a very friendly courier. It's easy to assemble, I did it myself and the pergola is very good quality, sturdy and beautiful.
