Few explanations and advice.
Disappointed because I was only told good things about it.

Overall I am satisfied except for the delivery because I paid for express delivery and the package will be delivered a day later. Normal delivery would have arrived the same day.

Website rather simple and easy to use, important to notify the different tips that can be found! Order placed on Monday evening with customization on the balls and on Tuesday they were already sent, so quite satisfied with the speed of preparation and shipping!!

Hello, the site is very good and functional, the only complaint I could make is the lack of choice for fonts. The one offered is really not pretty.

It's a shame to offer online items that cannot be manufactured (steel supply shortage) however on the phone an advisor (Erwan) ultra professional, very friendly, and excellent advice. So despite my online ordering troubles I am very satisfied to have found the solution thanks to Erwan
