Not enough large size
Translated reviews
Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. However, we do not understand your message or your rating. What do you mean exactly by "not enough large size"? On one hand, you should know that we are a reseller and not a manufacturer. This means that we sell products from manufacturers and therefore, it is not us who decide the sizes or dimensions of the items. On the other hand, you placed your order on Monday, May 26, and we shipped it the same day. Your package was delivered to the relay point on Wednesday, May 28. We processed your order quickly. We thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards, The petanqueshop.com team

I am very unhappy regarding the payment - I had to make 5 orders. At the time of payment I had an error. Even after deleting cookies I had the same error. Had to write to customer service but at no time did anyone call me to take my order by phone. I am really disappointed about that but the rest is fine good presentation for the purchase of balls.

As a member of the Oudonnaise boule association, it is always a pleasure to discover new accessories, new catalogs, and to be able to choose beautiful trophies to win during our meetings. The team is always available to inform us as best as possible.

I ordered the balls Saturday morning at 6 am. They arrive tomorrow Wednesday. Excellent delivery time. The website is super practical and easy to use. Thank you, I used to order from Obut and on the last 2 orders they sent me barely engraved balls, including a triplet ATX that barely lasted me a season.
