Perfect, except for the delivery I requested, the pick-up relay is also at the Leclerc garden center and not at the big store as I was told.

Perfect, order conforms and shipped quickly. I had chosen the Chronopost option, my bad, but it's not the fault of pétanquehop, reliable company.

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, We understand your concern regarding the delivery of your order. However, it has been processed by our services within the allotted time. Indeed, you placed your order on Tuesday, May 6 at 10:00 PM and we shipped it the next day (Wednesday, May 7). The delivery delay is the responsibility of the carrier who should have delivered your package on Friday, May 9 (and not Monday, May 12). You sent us an email on Friday, May 9 in the late afternoon. We responded to that email on Monday morning, and your problem was resolved during the day. We thank you for your understanding and your trust in petanqueshop.com. Best regards, The Petanque Shop team

Fast delivery. Well packaged... just a downside, I buy 2 pairs of Atx and boulenciel balls plus a backpack, invoice of 596 euros and not a gift... this small gesture would have been appreciated especially given the purchases I make regularly every year....

If it's about the site we don't drink in detail the drawing of the grooves. Otherwise, I thought I bought 1 pair of Lyonnaise balls and actually 1 single ball. My fault but the site could have warned me.
