Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand your frustration regarding delivery times and we are sorry. However, you ordered on Monday 29/12 in the afternoon, and we engraved and shipped your triplet on Tuesday 30/12. On our side, we cannot do it faster. Moreover, when you placed your order, we communicated an indicative delivery date between December 31 and January 6. You were delivered on Friday, January 2. Indeed, with the holiday days at the end of the year, deliveries are always uncertain at this time of year, which explains the indicative delivery date communicated at the time of your purchase. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards. The petanqueshop team

I had a very good experience with the PétanqueShop site. The site is clear, easy to navigate, and offers a wide range of quality pétanque equipment. The product descriptions are detailed, which really helps to make the right choice. The order went smoothly and the delivery was fast. The received equipment was in accordance with the description and well packaged. I recommend PétanqueShop to pétanque enthusiasts, both beginners and experienced.

Terrible because I paid 17.55 for express shipping on December 24 and it is now December 28 and I still haven't received anything, so I don't think I will ever use your services again

Response from PétanqueShop
Hello, You ordered on Wednesday 24/12 and we shipped it the same day. Unfortunately, we cannot do it faster on our side. The delivery delay is the carrier's responsibility. At this time of year, delays are often disrupted due to the volume of packages and holidays. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards. The petanqueshop team
