The reason we have changed the packaging is that we want to be more environmentally friendly and reduce paper waste as the booklets will eventually end up in the bin. Hello, your iron-on labels for clothes don't hold at all after one wash, everything has come off and yet I didn't follow your instructions which are in the leaflet, so I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase.
