I am quite disappointed with my order this year. The iron-on labels don't stick, whereas the ones I ordered last year are still there a year later... I ordered an isothermal water bottle for my daughter's entry into kindergarten: it fell once, the cap broke and after three months of use the paint around the neck of the bottle is peeling.

Order received well and quickly. Extra stopper top and cover very good. Only downside: the bottle is pretty, but the image on it is very pale. I was expecting something bigger and flashier. It was the first time I'd ordered from this site, and the images are too beautiful. But the rendering is a bit disappointing. I used to order from another site and the transfers were more visible. My son preferred another site than the first two and the rendering is more conspicuous. It's a shame, but frankly, the images are really good.

The quality looks good (after all, I don't have the benefit of hindsight, so I don't know how it will evolve over time) but I don't like the opening system for the bottles and cans, I think it's not easy for a young child and it's not hygienic to have to open with your fingers... I didn't see it before ordering. I don't know if it's me who didn't find it, but I think it's not described on the site. Delivery is very fast. And the designs and personalization appeal to children.

The stickers are very thick, I ordered these before in September and they last ages but I needed some more clothes labels. Unfortunately the edging of the stickers didn't detach as easily as the last ones. They pulled at the edges where they hadn't been fully cut into I'm presuming. I'm hoping this doesn't mean they come off easier.

I tried in vain to place an order on your site during the last week of November in order to benefit from the code for the 2nd lunchbox at 50% off. It didn't work and I reported it to customer service. So I paid the full price, and was disgusted when I saw that the following week you were offering these boxes at 16.50 instead of 22. I have been buying your labels for a few years now and have always been very very happy but i have to be honest the quality has gone down. The stick on name labels i ordered in the summer for my children returning to school have been peeling off. This hasn't happened in previous years. Also my latest order of some stick on labels arrived with most of the order missing. I still haven't received the outstanding labels yet and chistmas is next week. I have had to purchase additional labels from a supermarket as i had to post present at the end of last week so feel very disapointed and feel i have wasted money now on something that i have had to go and repurchase so have been out of pocket. Not happy at all.
