I placed an order on 6/17/2022 and never received it. I'm sorry because I was relying on them so much. Unfortunately, customer service replied that by today I should have already received my order so I guess that's all they can do since the package is not traceable. What a shame!

Beautifully graphic labels, don't get ruined and don't come off! I had been given the ones for clothes, and since after a year of washing in the washing machine they didn't get ruined, I decided to buy the ones for items as well. Quality product, recommended!!!

Hello, Fast delivery but the request was not compliant. The labels are very badly made, there are lines on them, my child's first name is written on the edge of the label and therefore not at all centred on 20 labels. I could have done better with a simple felt-tip pen. I made 2 unanswered complaints in which I simply asked for new labels to be sent. I have been a victim of misleading advertising by this site.

These are the second order of stickers that we have made. My kids loved creating their own stickers and the quality is great, the others are 3 years old and still going strong. Great customer service too.

I was looking for name labels for my daughter's school uniform, I found Petit-Fernand on Google. The website was really easy to use and there was plenty of designs to choose from, delivery was quick and I'm really pleased with them. Price was really good too! Would definitely recommend.

They are very nice and of good quality but they no longer use the tracing paper for the thermo adhesive labels nor the transparent stickers that protect the shoes, as was the case with my last order, so they have quickly lost their color.
