your labels are great! be careful, self-adhesive clothing labels are difficult to remove from the sheet.

Was really looking forward to receiving these labels as my 1year old starts nursery in a couple of weeks. Over two weeks later and I still haven't received them. When I requested a refund, there was no means of an apology/offering an alternative, just literally "have a nice day." If items I've ordered from the US can arrive within two weeks of ordering, then so can something which is coming from France (I'm in the UK so a lot closer!)

We are always glad to resend the labels on our cost again but you asked for the immediate refund. The last email from us was the confirmation of the refund and we indeed wished you a nice day. Having ordered labels from your site on several occasions, I was disappointed by the self-adhesive labels which peel off on the 1st wash, so I ordered thermo-adhesive labels which need to be protected with greaseproof paper, which is normally enclosed! Unfortunately, the parchment paper wasn't included with my order, which is a shame! I'm going to have to buy some, it's just not right!

There is no way that thermal labels last even 72h on clothes. It can not be put on elastic, or polar, or anything, then ... is indicated for baby clothes how is it? (Because all baby clothes are like that). It is my second order (I wanted to see that it was not a bad throw). And nothing. And obviously I followed the instructions to the letter. I am very unhappy.
