I am satisfied with my order, received quickly and in line with my expectations. A small downside, I paid for envelopes, I did not receive the invoice and moreover, some were dirty. I wrote to customer service, I was told that the defective envelopes would be resent but I am still waiting for them after a month. Really a shame.

Very nice labels, they stick well even on cups and do not come off after washing. There was a mistake in the order but customer service reacted within 24 hours and I received my booklet of labels.
