First, I received a product with a manufacturing defect. I contacted customer service, which was responsive, understanding, and attentive. They immediately sent me back the product I had ordered. It's great. Thank you to the whole team.

I bought the personalized water bottle. The personalization is a label that will probably come off after a couple of washes, and the cap of the bottle is convenient to stay attached but is super annoying for the child when drinking. Not satisfied!!

Response from Petit-Fernand
Good morning,
I confirm that the illustrations are NOT stickers, but prints made directly on the bottle, the glossy transparent finish is applied to seal the print and prevent it from getting damaged. As for washing, as indicated on the website, the bottles should be washed by hand and not in the dishwasher!
If you need further information, do not hesitate to contact us at customer service.
Have a good day,
Giulia Petit-Fernand

Delivered as ordered. Everything is great, wonderful colors, pretty designs! Everything is perfect!!! A small suggestion for improvement. I had ordered for two children and wanted to give these stickers as gifts; however, the labels are stapled together in one package. That's a bit of a shame. However, it does not diminish the quality in any way.

The labels are of very good quality. It's a shame that the 4-line range is no longer offered. It was convenient for the name, class, and school in case of loss.

Always very happy with the c-monetiquette labels. I have only used that since my children were in daycare and they are now 5 and 7 years old. The labels hold well, both those intended for clothing and those for objects. I recommend!

The labels are of very good quality, however, peeling them off their backing to stick them on the material is hell. I spent a crazy amount of time peeling the labels, quite disappointed. I would not recommend labels from this site.
