This is a real disaster. We placed an order for two friends, intended for three children. Unfortunately, all the stickers were mixed up during packaging. We had to cut and sort everything ourselves to try to put them back in the right order. This situation made us lose a lot of time and caused great disappointment, especially for the children who were eagerly waiting for their items. We are very disappointed by this experience and hope for a solution or a commercial gesture from you.
