I already knew the labels to be placed on the suitcases and it was a great reorder, very good product. The postal service delayed the delivery and, after a reminder, they resent the labels at their expense without any cost. At the same time, they delivered the first order to me. When I pointed this out, they gifted me the second one. Excellent customer service, thank you.
