This is the second year I have been getting supplies from you and I will continue to do so. The labels have never been damaged and have not even come off the bottle that is washed daily.

We have been using the labels from Petit Fernand for two years and they are beautiful and of excellent quality, it's just a shame that they removed the Vichy pattern.

Stickers are lovely. A couple have peeled within a few days. Also left sticky residue on clothes when removed.
Response from Petit-Fernand
Dear Gemma,
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you love the stickers. We apologize for the issues you've experienced with peeling and residue. We appreciate your comments and will take them into account for future improvements.

The labels are original and adhere perfectly to the notebooks. The size is ideal for the small notebooks; if we want to be picky, for A4-sized notebooks a slightly larger size would be useful.

I have been ordering labels from Petit Ferdinand for years. They come super well presented. But this year the printing of the names is not of good quality. They look very blurry…

Repeat Customer, my only disappointment is when picking red as a background to your sticker they arrive more orange than red.
Response from Petit-Fernand
Dear Laura,
Thank you for your feedback and for being a repeat customer! We appreciate your input regarding the red background of your stickers appearing more orange. We will certainly take this into consideration to improve our color accuracy. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we look forward to serving you again soon.

A good ordering experience and ease to personalise labels. Delivery was quite long, but the labels are super sticky. Followed the instructions, but haven’t washed them yet, so will wait and see.

Pretty designs, easy ordering and application to clothes. Used these labels previously and normally good but some of this order have already washed off the clothes 😞 perhaps the adhesive has been changed since my last order.

Unfortunately, the labels do not come off as the margins were not cut well from the rest of the adhesive. In previous years, I had not had any problems.
