I had not received the order even though it was marked as delivered, I contacted the CLT service asking for either a refund or the shipment of the tracked order. They postponed everything and this time it arrived.

I am really sorry to write this review. I am so underwhelmed by this company and the product. So many people recommended this company saying the labels last years and they are brilliant… firstly my first order did not arrive and took ages. They did sort me out a replacement free of charge which I was grateful for but my daughter didn’t have them before starting school so that was annoying. Now after following all the instructions of no wearing or washing for 24 hours they just keep coming off clothes? I ordered the stick on clothes labels and they just do not stay on. I don’t get it. I’m really disappointed and now need to find another company that does a better equivalent. Won’t be purchasing again from here.

Excellent product, very satisfied with the stickers. Excellent customer service, the package show as delivered but wasn't in our property. I contacted them the next day and immediately they made another order. Later the same day, the local mail delivered the item (not sure why showed as delivered 1 day before, when it wasn't). I contacted them again to let them know, but because they did the order right away I received another one a week later without charge). Very kind and incredibly helpful with this matter. A 100% recommended. Very high quality products.

Great label, I do find the shoe labels shift around after continued wear each day and the iron on labels started to peel slightly towards the end of the first school year of using them but that is with being washed after each wear for a whole year. The stick on labels are fantastic I still haven’t had one come off (some have been on over a year and a half now).

Always very happy with my orders. I loved the new children's bracelet where you can put the phone number. I was also able to order a cap for the water bottle alone to replace mine that broke without changing the bottle. It's really economical and ecological.
