Very long waiting time, never happened to us before. Ordered the goods on 29.04.3023, transferred the money on 05.05.2023, the goods were sent on 10.05.2023 (3-10 working days) and I still haven't received the goods today (31.05.2023). This doesn't make me all that happy.

The labels were difficult to remove from the backing. After complaint + photos, the product was replaced and reshipped free of charge. That's all very well, but I didn't get the correct labels until 10 days later, which made it difficult for me to put them on the garments they were intended for.

Good day, I placed an order 4 years ago and I liked the labels, I ordered them again but, they did not arrive. I am waiting to receive them again free of charge, therefore, I cannot give my opinion yet. Regards.

The labels are easy to stick on and of good quality (I haven't washed the clothes yet), but a little difficult to peel off the display plate because the pre-cutting of the labels isn't quite right.

I made two successive orders because the interface was not clear. Apart from that, the products met my expectations.

I had ordered a set as a gift and various things for myself. I was very surprised when the order arrived and was completely mixed up. Some sheets from the set were completely loose. I now have to unravel the two booklets, sort everything and re-staple so that the things that belong together are together. A lot of fiddling and time that I would have liked to have saved myself. Shipping also took quite a long time. Fortunately, the quality of the labels is good.

It wasn't the first time I'd ordered from the site. The order itself was done very quickly but the shipping took much longer than usual, much to my surprise. The tracking was not very clear this time. Otherwise very nice site to make labels.

Fast delivery. Iron-on labels very pretty, but very difficult to remove from their backing.

The stickers come off easily after 2-3 washes. I have already found one in the machine.

Two orders placed a week apart and both arrived at the same time. Because there was a problem when paying for the first order. Mail sent to customer support, who didn't get back to me. As a result, the labels arrived and my son had already left on his school trip.

Very long delivery times

Quite pleased with my order but the coloured water bottle stoppers seem to be more fragile and broke after the 1st use.

Received the parcel too long, ordered a week in advance for my son's school trip, I couldn't use the labels on his clothes because I received them too late.

The pictures are nice and the shipping is very fast but I'm disappointed because the labels don't fit on the clothes.

I never received my order. A second one will be gone since 1 week tomorrow I hope it will arrive and I will modify my opinion. The customer service was very understanding but I hope to receive my order because you have debited me and I still have not received my purchase.

I've been ordering for my children for school and home (mainly labels). The idea is beautiful and clever. The downside is that the last time I ordered I had a 20% discount that I didn't take advantage of. Have a nice day!

Very slow service

The stickers are beautiful and come with a gift detail at the end of each booklet that we loved but I do not give more stars because I ordered for two different children and came badly bound, mixed, and not a whole booklet for each child. A bit of a disaster for the price, I don't know if I will repeat.

The labels didn't arrive on time. I had to find another solution (Amazon, ordered on Saturday and received on Sunday) to label my son's things before he left. This is due to an inconsistency in the display of delivery times on your site. When choosing the delivery method on the site, before paying for the order, the delivery time indicated by green letter is 2-4 days. Once the order has been paid for, the site indicates a delivery time of 3 to 10 days. I would have chosen chronopost if I'd known beforehand that it could take 10 days! I'm very disappointed.

I am always satisfied with the labels. However, I was surprised not to automatically benefit from the offer that was advertised on the site for my spontaneous order.

Fast and easy ordering. Fast and careful delivery. Unfortunately, the iron-on labels were badly precut and did not come off easily. As a result, some were torn. As for the object labels, they're perfect.

I paid more for express delivery, but the product was delivered within the same time frame as standard delivery! My product arrived late and I paid more! What a shame!

There are labels that are difficult to read and do not hold up in the washing machine.

I have not received my full order.

Product as described. Very attractive. However, the cap is really difficult to open for a child's bottle (my daughter is 3.5 years old).

Delivery times not respected

This isn't the first time I've ordered from them, but it's the second time it's taken more than 3 weeks to arrive. I'm up to 12 working days for a postal shipment. So I can't yet tell you if the work is well done, but I think it's too much, even if the post office isn't the fastest, they'll have to find another solution. 3 to 4 days seems reasonable to me, but no more.

I have already bought school trip kits from other brands. I find yours less suitable (not enough iron-on labels, no labels for shoes, no very small labels for small objects). The quality of the labels I receive is very good, however, and the colors are consistent.

Hello, There was a buzz after I paid for the order. Nothing appeared on my account about my orders, no confirmation email. I waited and refreshed the pages. There was nothing. So I started again and ended up with 2 identical orders and 60 labels. It really annoyed me.

Always so pleased with the products and the little surprise of the stickers! My son is delighted! However, the delivery time was longer than expected (6 working days), which was a shame for us this time!

I am satisfied with the clothing labels, which I have been ordering for years now. I order them for my two children and for a friend. This year the labels came in one package and this was not practical at all also because the sheets to iron the labels on the clothes were only a couple and I had to push the package to give my friend hers. Sorry that the crisis has hit here too......

On my first orders, the greaseproof paper was included in the booklet with the labels. It's a pity that this is no longer the case...

Delivery was fast and efficient but most of the labels have started to peel off after only one wash

I've ordered a few packs in the past and they have always worked really well. I don't know if I have a bad batch or what but they aren't staying stuck to new cotton pants I bought my son. They come off in the wash.

Hot-melt adhesive stickers are released

It takes a long time to arrive. The stickers cost enough to separate them to take them one at a time. Difficult.

I can't order on a small label

I have always ordered and received everything with exceptional punctuality.But this last order I never received it. .I contacted customer service and an automated response reminded me that I could make a complaint 10 days after the order. It had been 25.I wrote a new email.customer service will send my order back. Let's hope well.

Occasionally a label washes off, but if you want to resell a garment you can remove the label. Also very practical are the shoe labels, the object labels and the labels in small print I put on my son's glasses sir la branche!

Top labels. Bottle stopper broken but replaced immediately.
