I've been ordering your labels for years, but lately I've noticed that the quality isn't as good. They come off the markers. Which is a shame, because that's the main use I have for them. I have to add sticky paper around the labels to hold them in place...

The label comes off after the first wash. This is the second year I've bought from you and the problem is still the same... Despite the fact that the product has been left to rest before washing. The first time I thought I'd come across a bad booklet, but obviously your labels aren't made to last much longer than the last time I bought from you.

The labels are great. My first delivery was probably lost at the post office. Instead of checking this directly when I asked, I was told to use the link to track my shipment. However, I had already stated in my inquiry that the link was not working. Not ideal customer service. I had to write 5 emails before they took care of my problem and looked into it.

I like the labels, but the children's bottles don't have very good stoppers. The original caps were broken, so I recommended two new ones a year ago. Unfortunately, the caps didn't close. I asked for new ones, they confirmed it, but both caps were lost in shipping apparently... Now, a year later, I've recommended the same stoppers again, as we like gourds, but I'm afraid they won't last long. It's a shame...

I have ordered labels before and been happy with the quality, however, my most recent order the labels were not as clearly printed, the white font had bleeding/ smudging from the blue background. When I contacted customer service they stated it was not obvious from my photo (perhaps images are compressed when uploaded because I can clearly see it) and it was because the font was different from my previous order. I would expect the same level of print clarity from all font choices. I was not offered a reprint or refund but a discount off further purchases. With the risk of the same thing happening again I will buy from elsewhere in future.

It's useful to be able to buy a bottle stopper on its own. Unacceptable to have a compulsory minimum order. It encourages people to buy without needing to (for my part, I was 1 euro short of the minimum). The bottles are beautiful, that's for sure. On the other hand, at the slightest impact, the enamel splinters, which is normal, but it's a shame for items intended for children not to have a more suitable coating. Fast delivery.
