Fast delivery, and quick creation of the labels nevertheless I am disappointed the labels come off as of the first washing the labels objects are too large for the toothbrushes it is not really practical.

The producer was very good, but it took more than 10 days to arrive.

Very long delivery time. Light packaging, at the price I paid for the labels (400), a reinforced envelope would have been the minimum, it arrived trampled and torn on the sides. The labels are very nice, but I just hope they hold up better than the previous ones which came off too easily after a few washes (without a tumble dryer).

I have been buying your clothing stickers for years, I think the quality has decreased in the last purchase, several stickers peeled off after the first wash, I have garments with stickers from 4 years ago and many washes and they are perfect, but these last ones are not the same quality.

I'm happy with the result, but disappointed that there aren't more letters to choose from. For compound names it's disturbing. I had to put them in a different direction so that everything could be printed. As a result, instead of the first name, I only have half of the compound name.

Very long delivery time and outrageous prices. I ordered stickers for shoes. I was told 10 would arrive. However, 5 pairs of stickers actually arrived. This information is misleading. It makes no sense to use them individually! So it's 1.20 euros per pair of shoes. For stickers! I cannot yet judge the quality.

The delivery times have not been met. They indicate 48 hours and it has taken 15 days, so I have not been able to use them for what I needed.

The product takes quite a long time to arrive, I paid for the service with tracking but was informed only until the product was already in production and that there were delays due to other issues. I would suggest more communication, if only to say that it will take even longer.

Order placed with a 24h delivery service that I paid extra for, only to receive my order 4 days later. I consider it a big scam that made me waste my time and money.

Very bad assistance. I didn't try the stickers because they arrived way after the due date so they didn't help.

Unfortunately, it doesn't hold in some garments and comes off again. The label is very nice.

Shipping definitely needs improvement

Shipping took a long time and my request for 2 individual booklets was not honored. So I have to give away the booklet with my torn out pages. The stickers have also been of better quality in the past

Stickers great. Usually ask and receive the two different names in separate wallets but was told this time that my order was too small. Disappointing.

I ordered for 2 children. The stickers came together in a book. As they are each school enrolment gifts, I now have to separate the stickers out of the book for each child. With two different names, the stickers should come separately

Hello, your iron-on labels for clothes don't hold at all after one wash, everything has come off and yet I didn't follow your instructions which are in the leaflet, so I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase.

I don't understand why you're sending me 3 brochures with the right name and one with another name - it's a waste!

Only problem, having chosen shipping by post office without tracking, the goods arrived more than ten days beyond the specified deadline

Very practical and beautiful, although the last two orders have arrived one with the labels badly centered, and the last a few days ago with more than half with the name somewhat blurred, it is not cheap so I think there should be a process of quality control higher than there is currently.

A quality service, with parcel tracking. Too bad I had to pay 25 euros in customs fees on top of my delivery. I live in French Guiana, so France! 6 euros for delivery, and 10.60 euros for VAT and 25 euros extra for ordering outside the department. Sorry, but I won't be ordering from your site again, even though your products are of very high quality.

Hello This is the second time that I order until today I had no problems. I ordered 100 labels for objects that I received without any problem and I ordered 100 iron-on labels and I still haven't received anything. I hope to receive them this week, too bad they didn't arrive at the same time.

Hello I bought products for my son and I was angry because I bought labels ... a gourd and a toilet bag with his first and last name, because he left in sea class and for my bad surprise I received the package in two times ... so the gourd and the bag I did not have when the labels so no gourd and kit for the trip ... and I had no information about it.

I ordered the goods on 29.5.23 with express delivery in 48 hours for an extra 9.50 surcharge. On 02.06.23, 4 days later, you marked the goods as shipped. It arrived on 06.06.23. By then it was already too late and our son was already on a school trip. I don't think it's right to demand 7 days and an express delivery surcharge for this. Otherwise, the product is functional and good.

Responsive and commercial service. The negative side is not C-mon-etiquette but the Chrononpost delivery service which did not deliver my parcel as planned. So I went to the Chronopost site to pick up my parcel.

It took me almost 1 week to receive my order, so I didn't need it when the time came?

I liked the principle, the self-adhesive clothing labels work very well. But iron-on labels don't hold. You have to do it several times. It's just not practical.

Very good product but received 2 weeks after ordering!!!! My son has already returned from the trip I ordered!

Good quality labels and fast shipping. Good follow-up communication with the customer. Big downside concerning the water bottle, whose cap is extremely difficult to close. When I spoke to other parents, they confirmed my feelings. They have bought elsewhere and I agree with them. I don't recommend buying water bottles.

Very happy with the order but less so with the reception, the choice, illustrations and materials are good but not adapted to my son's age. Gourd with a stopper that even an adult has trouble clipping and heavy! not practical! and lunch box too heavy with the ice bread! I had equipped myself for school picnics but in the end too much weight for my son of 4 years. So I'm keeping it for our family outings.

Lots of choice when it comes to labels. Beautiful motifs and colors. Fast shipping. But unfortunately the labels often come off during washing.

I've been ordering from your site for 1 year. I had no problems with my 1st order, but since then I've noticed a deterioration in the quality of the plastic covering the labels. It either rips off when the label is attached to the tag, or it comes off completely on shoe labels after only a few days.

The delivery was very fast

I ordered 2 personalized water bottles, in the first parcel I received only one, I made a complaint and in the second parcel I received the same water bottle but without stopper, and finally after my second complaint I received the second water bottle ordered. After fast and careful dispatch, reactive after-sales service but a pity.

Following my order, I'm a little disappointed with the rendering. The design (squirrel) is not well printed, it does not stand out much.

The product ordered did not arrive. After reporting the problem the refund arrived quickly.
