Dear for what it is. The cup is nice but the labeling really leaves something to be desired. I thought it would be a good quality print. In the end, it's just a stuck label, it looks cheap. Now let's see if it lasts over time. So for 16 euros, I find it expensive...

Hello Marie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. We are sorry to hear that the personalization does not meet your expectations and we understand your disappointment. It is indeed several layers of paint that are, in the end, sealed by a transparent protective layer and not stickers or labels.
Best regards,
The C-Monetiquette team

The water bottle is super beautiful and the labels are nice and well made. My daughter loves it. Unfortunately, the manufacturing and shipping time was longer than expected. And especially the bottle is not practical, we can't drink with the straw (certainly not waterproof enough), we have to remove it to be able to drink.

Absolutely fantastic!! This is year 3 of using Petit-Fernand and I recommend them to all parents. They never fade, don’t come off and our first ones from 3 almost 4 years are still going strong. Customer service is also amazing! Very quick responses & extremely helpful team. Not that I ever have issue but one time I had a small issue and they went above & beyond to sort it straight away. Highly recommend!

Hello, I am going to make a complaint. Unfortunately, the labels arrived late and especially in the sheets, there is the name of a little girl who is not mine, I think this is a problem... human error is possible.

These labels are brilliant! Bought some stick in clothing labels 3 years ago and they are still there. None have washed off or even moved from where I stuck them. I’ve just bought some of the multi purpose ones and hopefully they last as long. They take a while to be delivered but seem to be worth the wait.
