Good quality of the items matching the description in every way. The only downside: the delivery is entrusted to an unreliable carrier...

Brilliant labels. This is the fourth time of ordering. They have been used on childs items for nursery, and two years at school. They have lasted the whole year of washing, they haven't come off or name has not worn off. Best ones around, highly recommend

The labels arrived with blurry writing, not clear, I sent the photo to customer service who promptly sent me new labels but unfortunately they were blurry like the first ones. I give two stars because customer service was efficient but unfortunately the product did not meet the quality I expected.

I am satisfied but the labels were poorly cut so they were difficult to detach and some of them tore.
