Still not received the labels. When I have them I will re score. Not a quick service I had expected. Would not have ordered if I had realised they would take this long.

I ordered the iron on clothing labels & the shoe labels for my daughter starting school & when they came the products looked so lovely and applied so nicely that I placed a second order for my son starting nursery. I now regret placing my second order as after a first wash, all the clothing labels are coming away. I followed the application instructions to the letter yet they're still coming away, very disappointed ?? EDIT : After speaking to a very helpful member of the Petit Ferdinand team - all has been resolved and I am very happy with their customer service - excellent!!

Its not what i expected , the design is veeeery blur and pale the lettle caractor is just a dot nothing else , just wasted my money and time .

I have been buying it for years and it has never happened to me, but this year the thermoadhesives have peeled off in the first wash.

One page of stickers had the wrong name "purple" I don't remember the last name x so unusable.

Some of the stickers were difficult to remove so I lost out on using them. Otherwise super cute when you can get them off.

I got the labels all very nice, even the free ones, but in the end it was not what was requested. I was convinced they were for fabrics and not for items.

The labels are often difficult to peel off, and I no longer found the narrower object size, which was best for pencils.

Brilliant stickers when they finally arrived!

Afterwards I found a supplier who sells 5 times as many stickers in the same size and quality for the same price.

The pressure-sensitive labels were all uncut.

The labels are fine, but they give you delivery times that they don't meet and they send you the package without tracking, so they wash their hands of it.

I've been ordering object labels for a few years now and I've always been fine with them,but I have to say that the last two times I wasn't satisfied with them I had to add tape to the labels on the markers because they wouldn't stick

The items are good but this time the delivery took longer and also no promo code sent just before the start of the school year.

I am disappointed with my order for two reasons: - the labels were delivered after the start of the school year, so I had to get a felt-tip pen for the first few days of school. Because of this, the parcel would be lost! - Also, and this is shared by other parents, the labels don't fit. They're hard to get onto clothes, and when you do, they only come off after one wash. The same applies to stickers and iron-on labels. Far be it from me to criticize the brand, perhaps we've just come across labels of lesser quality. Nonetheless, this makes for a rather disappointing experience. The only positive point is that I loved the colors and the writing.

I am updating the review because the labels have arrived. I am putting 3 stars for lack of communication: I received no notification or documentation that the order had been processed and then shipped. The quality is good.

The name tags were smaller than expected, making it difficult to see the name on first sight . The colours were also duller than advertised.

I bought thermoadhesive labels that are practically unusable because they have no hatching to peel them off. The only way to use them would be to cut them out with scissors.

I was a little disappointed to find that I had been sent the wrong labels - rather than sticker labels - iron on labels. I have used them before so I know it can be good. Just a shame that this time they got the wrong type.

Unfortunately, delivery took a long time and the first adhesives have already come off again.

I still haven't received my labels... I think its poor that you ask me this before I have even received my products...

2 years ago I ordered these labels. A booklet with many stickers for both objects and for clothing and footwear, which I loved but this time I have to say that I have been disappointed because the quality is not the same very plastic and fragile. I doubt that I will order them again.

After 10 days since I placed my order I do not have it! I claim via mail that is what happened, and they respond to me the next two days, they tell me that my order will be made again without costs. After another two days I get a new message that my order is ready and that it will arrive in 2 to 10 days... I have already wasted time and money buying a similar product elsewhere... and I don't want the product I bought from Petit-Fernand!

It's a pity that some of the labels come off over time, but I'm not sure how well they'll hold up.

I bought labels for my two daughters and they were lost, I wrote to them and they soon replied to solve the problem.

Very poorly die-cut. I have a very hard time peeling them off

Iron-on labels almost always peel off even after washing at 30°.

It doesn't stick well to clothing, most of the labels have peeled off!

I think the set itself is good, but unfortunately it only contains too few mini stickers for pens, for example, compared to textile or shoe stickers. I think that's a shame.

It indicated a specific delivery time and finally it took almost 15 days to arrive. It seems to me too long for the publicity they give

The stickers for objects and shoes are great. But the thermal stickers for clothes have been a disappointment. Almost all of them peel off, and I have stuck them following the instructions, but nothing, after a couple of washes they peel off again. A pity.

Beautiful gourd, but very fragile (my son put it on the table a little too quickly = crack in the outer wall, so no longer isothermal). It lasted 8 days. So expensive for that... To be avoided! What's more, I got a reply saying that it didn't prevent hermetic sealing. So the after-sales service did not meet my expectations.

Disappointed The labels won't stick to my daughter's clothes

This is the 2nd purchase I've made from Petit-Fernand. I do feel a bit conflicted with my score but think this is fair based on my experience. They arrive nicely packaged with some additional fun stickers for kids included, which is a nice touch. Also the range of colours, fonts and pictures that you can choose from to customise your stickers is great. I have found the stickers for items such as pencil cases, water bottles etc and the stickers for inside shoes to be excellent and they have always lasted the school year. However the iron on labels have not been as good. The first batch were just OK in terms of effectiveness however the 2nd batch I bought came off after one or two washes. I have tried ironing them on in different parts of the clothing e. g. on the label, on the actual t-shirt etc but they still fall out. I won't be purchasing the iron on stickers again.

In principle, I'm really happy with the stickers. However, with my last order I wanted to order stickers for my little one and for my godchild for his birthday and both were packed in a booklet, which is of course totally stupid because I can't give it as a gift and nowhere is it explained that everything from an order ends up in a booklet 🙁 very sad

I still haven't received the stickers I bought at the end of July.
