The cotton bags are very nice and of good quality. The personalized glass is disappointing for the price: it looks like stickers are stuck on it...

Response from Petit-Fernand
Hello Alexandra,
We sincerely thank you for your feedback and are delighted to learn that you appreciate the quality of our cotton bags. We take note of your comment regarding the personalized glass: on the contrary, it consists of several layers of paint that are, in the end, sealed with a transparent protective layer.

Ok ok!! I e been using Petit Fernand for 5 y now, and I have absolutely zero regrets. They are great quality, lovely design, easy to shop and fast delivery. When I had a problem the costume service were brilliant and replaced my order within a few days. Will it stick forever? NO, it won’t! But I wash my kids uniform after one single use (they can never repeat as they love mud too much) so after 18m-2y washing consistently it will not resist, but by then your kids are in a different size anyway. Remember to stick on the main label (the thin one) and success. I highly recommend and never been an issue with the company.

Very nice snack boxes for children starting kindergarten. Only downside: difficult for 3-year-olds to open.

An item from my order does not match what I ordered, I wrote to customer service to explain and the response I received remains vague saying that it was indeed what I ordered, another item (iron-on labels) is incomplete, parchment paper not provided. As a result, I will not renew my purchase, there are better options elsewhere and especially affordable quality-price ratio.

Very happy with my children's name stickers. They look good and attach securely to uniform labels and lunch boxes/water bottles. I would recommend.
