Unfortunately, my first delivery was lost in the post. However, after I contacted esistmeins, I was immediately offered a new delivery at their expense or a refund of the price!

I love the labels from EsIstMeins. Easy ordering with a very large selection. Shipping just takes a little long. We waited about 7-10 days. Tracking would also be great.

To date, after 15 days, I still haven't received my order. A letter with no follow-up because the price of delivery is far too expensive when compared to the purchase price but is this a reason to never receive the items? I say never because last year I had the same problem.

Brilliant stick on labels… have used them since my son started school, no sewing and they stick to everything… shoes, clothes, pencil cases, lunch boxes, flasks… and never fall off.. not even after numerous washes!

Very satisfied with these products for the past 4 years. The self-adhesive labels hold very well on all types of surfaces. The images and colors are faithful to the order. The 2 lines are very practical for adding a telephone number. Fast printing and delivery (we're warned if there's a - small - delay). The leaflets are presented in a very practical way.

Tge clothes stickers are amazing! Lovely options to personalise which the kids love to do themselves. They stay stuck to clothes labels throughout the whole school year unlike others that cone off after a couple of washes.
