I ordered the little vegan one out of curiosity and I must say that I was not disappointed! The taste is amazing and is an excellent alternative to ordinary foie gras. The little vegan also gives a chic touch to your holiday table. The only criticism I heard around me is that the taste is a little too sweet for those who only see through real foie gras. I only ate the small vegan one, I am completely conquered !!! Thank you Marie Sophie, congratulations !!!!
I recommend the terrine "la bonne foi". It is closer to duck mousse than to foie gras in taste and texture, but it suits me very well.
