Good service fast response

I was satisfied with my order. I was delivered very quickly but the bag I purchased was missing a strap. I contacted customer service by phone, it went very well and they sent the strap back to me a few weeks later, which is a little long. So I take away one star for that.

I placed an order about 1 month ago, I still haven't received it. an item was missing, I wasn't notified. I contacted customer service, the order was supposed to leave yesterday, nothing to my knowledge happened.

I ordered a waterproof bag, and for it to be waterproof it is waterproof. Closed it could even survive of lifebuoy. Otherwise nothing to complain about, very nice site intuitive and very fast. Order arriving in date. What to ask more!
