I am not satisfied, my order was 2 months late, no mail from you I had to call 2 times and when I ask why I am not warned, a lady said we can not call everyone .... not very commercial

Very disappointing. The product (40 mm long flat calipers) is announced in stock but the order is sent only after 4 weeks. Without any news, I had to contact myself to get information and understand what was going on: waiting for the supplier. I absolutely needed it for the Christmas vacations. I was right to anticipate my purchase in November... Moreover, for an unknown reason, the package was not delivered to the requested relay point. Last surprise: when I finally get my order back, I notice that the flat stirrups are not the size I ordered (50 mm instead of 40 mm). Very long delays, unsolicited information, modified delivery, non-compliant order: full marks! Usually I never put reviews (positive or negative) but this is out of the ordinary enough to deserve it.

The product I ordered is not the one I received. I ordered the Pezl carabiner clip which, on the site, was in its old version and in yellow/gold color. Hello I am really disappointed by the site picksea. Indeed I placed my order on Sunday June 30th. I had news of my order on July 10th specifying that it was sent via collisimo. We are on July 16th and I still haven't received anything for a use on July 18th. Indeed I was counting on these bags for a delivery. In parallel and the same day of order on June 30 I bought shirts via cafe coton. The next day I received a notice of shipment. And was delivered on Thursday July 4.
