Very disappointing. The product (40 mm long flat calipers) is announced in stock but the order is sent only after 4 weeks. Without any news, I had to contact myself to get information and understand what was going on: waiting for the supplier. I absolutely needed it for the Christmas vacations. I was right to anticipate my purchase in November... Moreover, for an unknown reason, the package was not delivered to the requested relay point. Last surprise: when I finally get my order back, I notice that the flat stirrups are not the size I ordered (50 mm instead of 40 mm). Very long delays, unsolicited information, modified delivery, non-compliant order: full marks! Usually I never put reviews (positive or negative) but this is out of the ordinary enough to deserve it.

Hello, Marine card ordered on 21 /11 received on 12 /12, while it should have arrived between 02 and 05 /12 and I needed it of course on those dates. When I called, the person on the phone gave me the impression that it was an oversight, she offered to reimburse me because I told her that the other people in the training had received it on time (ordered from competitors) and assured me that I would have it on the 11th, I went to the relay point, still not arrived. So I will not repeat the experience, because I am dissatisfied with the service and I am behind in my training. Sincerely

I placed an order on October 28, and paid an additional shipping charge of *** for express delivery on October 30. We are on November 12 and I still have nothing! despite several calls and a new shipment of my order on October 6 for delivery on October 8. The carrier says he came to my home: false, I did not move all day, and warns me on the 9th of his delivery at a partner shop in a town near here (and after having, initially, indicated to have given me the shipment in person!) The product I ordered is not the one I received. I ordered the Pezl carabiner clip which, on the site, was in its old version and in yellow/gold color. However, I received the new one, orange in color and without the same properties. I was looking for this specific product and the new one, which was sent to me, does not meet my expectations at all.
