I was not notified that the item had arrived at the relay point.
The only point that explains my rating: in commenting on my order I had underlined the wish to be delivered with 4 mooring lines: 3 of 5 m and one of 10 m. The package includes only one 25 m mooring line.
I placed an order in early November, by phone, in the morning, for a Guy Cotten suit in size M. I called back in the afternoon and the lady I contacted recorded the change to size S on her computer. I specified a second time the size S on the order form that I sent you with my payment check. However, I received my order in size M, a sign of a bad follow-up by your services. Result: it cost me *** euros of forwarding expenses!
