The description of the item purchased was not in accordance with what I received and the precision that a part was optional was only slightly visible.

Delivery without problems. Waterproof case for iPhone 6 certainly effective, BUT the touch screen is annoyed by the thickness of the plastic and its shine makes it difficult to take pictures. Disappointed by this product which is too expensive for such a poor result. I do not recommend it.

I am not happy. I did not receive the product I ordered but a similar product that I would not have bought if I had known. I decided to keep it because I don't want to get into endless discussions with PickSea, I opened the product, I didn't see the problem right away...

The product corresponds to what I was looking for in quality, but the color does not really correspond to the one shown on the site. I ordered an orange mandal oilcloth which on the site has a color close to coral, and on arrival is rather flashy orange, almost fluorescent.

Too bad, I ordered an item.... that they didn't have in stock, even though it was displayed in stock!

Good evening, the supplier does not answer the mails. the delays are very long. I placed a second order that I am still waiting for. no sign of life on 1 model break, I had to order on another site. The item I received corresponds to the advertised description.waterproof rain hat with straps, small interior lining.

Not very nice reception in store. I was served what I asked for and that's it... can do better in customer service.

Delivery time too long.

Hello the delivery not possible to contact by phone the deliveryman. To date I am missing the cover of the barbecue that was sold with it. I have contacted Picksea by phone and still no news for my order;

Good quality cap, but bad description it is not stated that it is lined with fleece so for me no interest

Happy with the products but delivery takes too long for my taste.

An item in restocking and no clear view on the delivery date. A gift wrap ordered, paid for, debited BUT never received.

Mediocre, because on 2 orders placed on your site, I did not have the products ordered. on the 1st order, out of fab of the product while you still propose it on your site and the 2nd, not the color requested. Sincerely

Order takes too long to ship

The only drawback was the delay between the order and its reception, too long.

We wanted to receive sailing accessories quickly for a nearby competition. We chose Picksea and its sticker SHIPPED WITHIN 24H . Unfortunately, the items were received about 10 days later.

I did not receive the correct shoe size

Very good as far as order processing and delivery times are concerned. But this is useless when you have bought a product that is not suitable because you did not have the correct information and suitable and sufficient photos. I received a product that did not fit normally compared to the usual sizes, this was not reported. In order not to lose the 17 in A-R shipping, I reordered in a smaller size. But I will never buy from this unreliable site again. I am very dissatisfied.

The ordered article corresponds well to the description except that I am not sure that it is the most appropriate for my needs because my many messages (3or4) remained without answer...

Quickly sent my order but it did not correspond to the ad on the site! I called the customer service number, nobody answered, an answering machine started telling me to leave a message, that they would contact me again !!!!.... it's been 15 days and still nothing !!!!! so I still don't know if I can use the item I bought !!!! (CO2 refill for lifejacket !!!!!!)

The only site on which I found the best price for the product I was looking for. It's a pity that it doesn't offer delivery in a parcel relay outside the locality of the store. Looking for only one specific product I did not explore the site more than that. I found the delivery a little longer than I thought.

Not very satisfactory. The time to validate the order and then the time to deliver the package to the Post Office is even worse, so the delivery time is just too long!

Reasonable delay article of the good size correct color on the other hand the material is very sensitive to the cold; what makes unpleasant the operation to coat this protective clothing which is not flexible and is icy in contact with the skin

2 orders made. For the second order, one of the two items was missing. I reported it. The article was sent to me very quickly. Nevertheless. You have to check your orders before sending them. That's the key. Hence my note.

The product originally ordered had to be changed because there was a stock error. the change and shipment were made quickly, as well as the refund of the overpayment. however, the color of the product received was not the same as the order. i did not make any complaints about this.

Product purchased with a very satisfactory quality/price ratio. The delivery time was however very long (product in restocking).
