we apologize for the inconvenience. As the e-mail shows, the stains you mention are due to laser engraving. Normally, all plates are cleaned after production. Your plate was indeed badly cleaned. You can clean it with acetone or make-up remover and a soft cloth.

Very good product, very pretty. I bought it with the bluetooth speaker option. The problem is that the sound is very loud when you turn it on and when you turn it off, it's not very discreet. Otherwise, nice sound. It would have been interesting to have a mode that scrolls through the colors without necessarily having the music. On the other hand, as far as delivery is concerned, forget about chronopost, they're thieves. They delivered the parcel to another relay point 60 km from my home and wouldn't take any notice when we called them.
