The product arrived quickly, but defective, I have sent several emails to try to find a solution and I have not yet received a response.
I ordered a non-customized lamp, the corners are poorly cut. I have been wanting to return it for days, but I am not receiving any return options from the provider, my messages are being ignored. Stay away. even though the delivery was quick.

Good morning, I find the lamp not worth what I paid. I expected it to be different.
First of all I did not receive the right sockle and contact Pictyourlamp 2x about this issue didn’t work out, because sadly I still didn’t recieve any reply. I hope I will get one soon.
I wanted to complain but couldn't find a complaints page because it is not well processed.

Bad, I paid more than €11 for an order in 24 hours and it took from Thursday to Monday to arrive. I wanted to claim the amount for not delivering it in 24 hours and I received no response.
The product is nice but there were all scratches over the glass so i hope there can be a solution to it.
