Not satisfied. I paid an additional 15 euros for express delivery in 24 hours because it was for an important gift and it was delivered to me 5 days later and after emails of complaints, no responses. Shameful.
Hello, I have received the order but in the package, two plates, one with our photo and the cut-out hearts and on the other the drawn hearts but not our couple's photo. The gift is ruined, no one wants to contact me by phone to explain the situation. I have already received this kind of lamp and I was not disappointed.

I did not receive my package which was sent to the wrong pickup point (sent 170km from the requested pickup point!). No response from Lampephoto despite my follow-ups (email, website, facebook).

Money paid and no goods received.
I am trying to return the order, but after sending a message to them, there was not much of a reply regarding how I can return the order.
After sending an email forgetting the order number, I sent another email this time with the order number, and after 1 week of waiting regarding a base problem, I received no news. Having already purchased once without issue, then a second time with a problem without response, and since I cannot use this base, that is why I give 1 star.

I am ordering the base alone because my sister ordered it 3 years ago! Unfortunately, the base is no longer suitable! No way to reach customer service, which I contacted by email twice and remains unanswered... too easy not to provide after-sales service. For sure, I do not recommend this brand and I will not recommend it again.

I am still waiting for the delivery of my order
The products are excellent but the delivery by UPS is unacceptable to charge 35 CHF in delivery fees knowing that when ordering it is not stated the additional fees at all........................................................................ The supplier did not respond to my email

Package not delivered to the right place, impossible to retrieve it
I made a mistake when validating the order, I had put one item in duplicate and I quickly realized it. I sent an email and you never replied. I clearly stated that I made a mistake and that you should remove one, and nothing was done. I paid for both when I only wanted one, and I received both, so it's shameful. Not even a response. Removing an item from a box doesn't require much effort. You are incompetent. Always charging more
