During the first shipment, the glass was broken upon receipt of the package but the after-sales service reacted immediately and sent a new glass right away. I am very satisfied with this purchase, the result is very nice and matches the photos.

Perfect, extremely fast, the deadlines were tight, I ordered the lamp less than 48 hours before it was delivered for my grandson's birthday. He was delighted with his grizzlies model, it looks great in his room!
