Very satisfied with my order. The process to create my lamp online was very easy and well explained, with pictures all along. The delivery was pretty fast, and the lamp I received was as pictured. I ordered this lamp for a friend's wedding and she was thrilled with the personalized attention and thought it was a very original gift. I really appreciated the variety of choices in terms of personalization and the quality of the engraving (which corresponded well to the photo uploaded on the site). I recommend this site for a personalized decoration.
The lamp worked properly for 1 week and when I asked what I could do, they didn't offer to repair it or even change it

Nice lamp. Rather light: the LEDs help to reduce the weight. The base could still be a little heavier for more stability.
