Just disappointed to see fingerprints on the plate

Received very quickly and very happy

Delivered lamp very beautiful, but the remote control unfortunately defective. I have requested a replacement several times via email but have not received a response.

Packaging needs to be reviewed. Damaged during delivery, to offer that leaves much to be desired, really!!!! The quality of the product also needs to be reviewed. I absolutely do not recommend

I ordered 3 items, a light keychain does not work, even after several messages sent no solution proposed. It is stated in the sales conditions that the items are guaranteed for 2 years. A gift that I will not be able to give, since it is defective.

I ordered the head of Johnny Hallyday I received the right one but with big scratches on the plastic when you turn it on it is very noticeable

Very good gift idea! Too bad it arrived a bit scratched and a bit damaged. It would have been so much nicer without its little flaws.

No response to a request for information prior to the order even though advised on the site, no consideration of my request not to put words/letters on the personalized lamp ordered. Too bad

The products look pretty good and the shipment was pretty fast, but they messed up, they changed the pictures of my order and I immediately asked them for some kind of replacement, after a week I'm still waiting for their response. Terrible customer service.

Well packaged, received on time but quality a bit disappointing!

Disappointed with the result because on the site it seems that the image is in relief and in reality not at all.

The lamp has no interest, no 3D or special effects. No manual in French that could explain the use of USB and/or batteries and whether the latter can be rechargeable.

The lamp matches what was presented and our expectations, however I had ordered the recommended batteries, I paid for them and they were not in the package.

I am disappointed with the product, on the site the visual of the plexiglass is more beautiful and looks like glass, in reality it is much less pretty..

Despite the 11€ express shipping, the delivery took longer and the lamp has light scratches everywhere.

You made a mistake with the engraved writing, I double-checked and the phrase I wrote was correct. Then to remove parts of the phrase, it should be communicated to the customer and then ask which part of the phrase to eliminate.

The price-performance ratio is not correct, the quality of the goods is not high quality....

I had asked for the color photo and it arrived in black and white.

The image is very good, but we wanted to put a first name on it, and the plexiglass arrived without the first name.

Hello, I just put into service the lamp representing Julian Alaphilippe. There was indeed a protective plastic on the front face of the lamp, but there was none on the back part, and it is full of scratches that are visible and unfortunately do not enhance the lamp. I hope you can provide me with a solution to remedy this, please. Thank you in advance. Christophe

I paid extra for shipping to receive it within 24 hours. The package arrived in 3 days.

Well delivered as expected, just missing a small rubber foot under the base.

I am delighted with what I ordered because it corresponds exactly to the photo; however, I am terribly disappointed with the carrier UPS because it specifies that the order will be delivered in 24/48h GUARANTEED and I had to wait more than 5 days to receive it, so I am terribly disappointed with the carrier and with you for using this company. First time I ordered and unfortunately it will be the last time.

Order delivered quickly, there is nothing to say about that. However, the frame support does not work under load, had to put batteries. The photo frame is scratched on some corners, luckily I opened it to check before giving it as a gift. I am really disappointed.

Product is not suitable and no response following my message to find a solution. No after-sales service!!!

It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received my package.

The product in the picture looked very nice, unfortunately the actual product did not quite meet my expectations. The plaster looked milky and had visible scratches. The quality was overall not as stated in the description. Furthermore, I had ordered the item as a gift, but the packaging was torn and crushed, which was very unfortunate. I was therefore quite disappointed.

I paid for express shipping for free, still had to wait 3 days and expected to get the money back for the express shipping.

Do not reply to the email. I ordered a solid wood base and received a plastic base, of course cheaper than the one chosen. The shipping was fast, and the package well wrapped, but in terms of customer service, it is completely useless.
