The package was not delivered to the agreed location or on the agreed day. I had to call UPS four times and go find the delivery driver in a neighboring town to retrieve my package. On top of that, the package was open. I also never received a reply to the email I sent to Lampe Photo. And it was a birthday present that couldn't be given on the day itself! Disappointing.

Perfect, extremely fast, the deadlines were tight, I ordered the lamp less than 48 hours before it was delivered for my grandson's birthday. He was delighted with his grizzlies model, it looks great in his room!
